I have never been to the festival before – how does it work?

TICKETS

Can I buy a ticket over the phone or in person?

What does a day ticket get me into?

A day ticket gives you access to all shows and special events during the day from 9.30am – 6.30pm

Evening events are ticketed separately and do not give access to the daytime festival

The Art Show and Black Dog Deli Restaurant at the Cut are FREE to all to enter without any ticket

Student 16-26 – please bring ID
Day ticket Student Concession Price: £10.00
4-Day ticket Student Concession Price: £40.00

PARKING

What is new this year?

We have FREE Park and Ride from the Suffolk New College Campus on Harrison’s lane – get there early have a bacon sandwich!

Where can I see a timetable of the events so I can choose which day to come?

Will there be a printed programme available at the Festival?

Yes there will be – you can pick it up from most venues and both box offices

Will the shows contain Trigger Warnings?

Plays may contain contemporary themes and issues which could be triggering to some. Please ask ushers for more information

Are your shows suitable for children?

All performances are suitable for 13+ except where indicated. Younger children are admitted at parents’ discretion

Are dogs permitted in your venues?

We are sorry but we cannot accomodate dogs (except Guide dogs) in our theatres.

Can you recommend where to stay or eat while I am here?

We have great on-site food options at the Cut and also at the Apollo -with vegetarian and vegan options
