WRITE A RADIO PLAY IN A DAY!
Age: 12-16 years old
A fun, fast-paced scriptwriting workshop for ambitious young writers. We will write and rehearse a radio play in record breaking time…then perform it in front of a live audience!

Performance: Saturday 16th April 5– 6pm. Performers meet at 3.30pm
Location: The Day Centre London Road Halesworth IP19 8LW (next to the Coop) and The Cut, Halesworth, Suffolk, IP19 8BY for performance on April 16th

Led by Molly Naylor who is a scriptwriter, poet and performer. She adapted her debut solo show into a BBC Radio 4 drama, and was recently cast alongside Mark Rylance in Steve Waters’ Song of the Reed.
An INKlings’ DRAMA ADVENTURE
Age: 8-11 years
Participants will have the chance to explore all things theatre, in a relaxed and friendly environment. Using an array of dramatic costumes & props, the group will create scenes, stories, characters and plays, based around the environment , one of the INK Festival’s themes.
This class is perfect for those already interested in drama or for those just beginning their dramatic journeys.

Our thank you to Halesworth – Sunday Funday will see additional and exciting street performances and activities for everyone performed along The Thoroughfare and Market Square in the centre of Halesworth.
Free to all, no tickets required.
Activities include dance, drama, art, storytelling activities, singing, DJ and refreshments.
