CREATE A RADIO PLAY!

12-16 year olds

A Fun, fast paced scriptwriting workshop for ambitious young writers and performers. We will devise and rehearse a radio play in record-breaking time … then perform it in front of a live audience!

Led by Suffolk based playwright Tassa Deparis , assisted by Beth Keys Holloway

Tassa is a Suffolk-based playwright. Locally, she has worked as Creative Facilitator with New Wolsey Theatre, Flight of the Escales, Babylon Theatre Arts and HighTide Theatre. She is currently Writer in Residence for HighTide and has had her work performed at Soho Theatre, ArtsDepot, English Theatre Berlin, Park Theatre and Theatre503.

An INKlings’ DRAMA ADVENTURE

For 8-11 year olds

Thursday 11 & Friday 12 April

Join MissAdventures Theatre Company for a special 2-day drama workshop packed full of imagination and theatrical fun!   

Participants will have the chance to explore all things theatre, in a relaxed and friendly environment. Using an array of dramatic costumes & props, the group will create scenes, stories, characters, and plays based on a variety of themes.  

These classes are perfect for those already interested in drama or for those just beginning their dramatic journeys. These theatrical two days can help boost confidence, build imagination & social skills, develop creative & critical thinking all whilst gaining theatre & acting skills and having loads of fun!  

All welcome to join the drama – come along to make new friends and learn new skills!  

Time: 9.00am (drop off) – 3.00pm

Led by actor/director Camilla Falconbridge of MissAdventures Theatre Company – fully insured, enhanced DBS clearance & 20 years’ experience working in theatre with children and young people.
