Simon Evans is the RTS Award-winning Writer, Director and Co-creator of the 3-season BBC1/Netflix/Hulu series, Staged, starring Michael Sheen, David Tennant, and a roster of dazzling guest stars.

His directing work for theatre includes the UK Premiere of Will Eno’s The Realistic Joneses (Bath Theatre Royal), St. Nicholas (Donmar Warehouse, Dublin Festival and Goodman Theatre, Chicago), A Day in the Death of Joe Egg and Killer Joe (Trafalgar Studios), The Best Man (The Playhouse Theatre), The Resistible Rise of Arturo Ui and The Silence of the Sea (Donmar Warehouse), The Dazzle, Bug and Fool for Love (Found111), Alligators (Hampstead Theatre), Almost Maine (Park Theatre), Leaves (Jermyn Street Theatre); Seven Actor Dream (Southwark Playhouse) and Alligators (Hampstead Theatre).

His immersive work for Secret Cinema includes: Shawshank Redemption, Ghostbusters, and Miller’s Crossing. He a co-founder of Myriad Immersive, writing and creating work for Disney, Microsoft, Lexus, BMW, Bombay Sapphire and Johnnie Walker Blue Label.
