Richard Curtis

Richard Curtis is a British screenwriter, producer, director, and author, best known for his romantic comedies, including Four Weddings and a Funeral (1994), Notting Hill (1999), Bridget Jones's Diary (2001), and Love Actually (2003). He also co-created the sitcoms Blackadder, Mr. Bean, and The Vicar of Dibley. Curtis has received numerous accolades, including a BAFTA Fellowship and the Jean Hersholt Humanitarian Award. He co-founded Comic Relief, which has raised over £1 billion for charity. His work spans film, television, and philanthropy, making him one of Britain's most influential cultural figures.
