Scratch Nights @ The Garage

Scratch Nights @ The Garage

The INK festival storm has come and gone, and preparations are already underway for next year. But if you are an aspiring writer, or local theatre company who want to develop your new work, why not check out the ‘Scratch Nights’ held at the Garage Theatre in Norwich!

Are you an emerging performance company who want to develop a new piece of work for the stage? This is a great opportunity to gain invaluable support and access space to rehearse whilst developing your work.
The Garage have teamed up with All-In Productions and REDuck ProDUCKtions to bring a new series of Scratch Nights to The Garage.
The next Scratch Night on 2 September will see four companies from a range of genres share 15 minutes of works in progress at The Garage to raise awareness of and promote their work to audiences and invited industry professionals.
Successful companies will be given 5 days free space in The Garage to rehearse and develop their work before the event, and will keep 100% of the Box Office takings. After the event, companies that have taken part will have the opportunity to further develop their work, The Garage will be on hand to offer help with funding bids, mentoring and more.
The opportunity is open to regional performance companies from a range of disciplines including (but not limited to!) dance, physical theatre, circus, immersive theatre and more.
